Minimum Project Management tip : Use a TimeLine !

Proposed Timetable for second assignment

1. Requierement / Design : You read the project, meet each other (or yourself), design the project

2. Learning : Learn what you need to learn to do the project

3. Program

4. Testing : Meet again and check that the different classes match together. Test and correction

5. Documentation + Delivery ( send the result )

6. ( Presentation : Sleep well and be ready to present your project )

And do not only write it down, use it !

By the end of each week, look at what you have done and act accordingly

Do not slow down if you miraculously are ahead of your planing !!!
